- 01

Cochin :- Upon arrival at
Cochin, our Executive will
meet you at the Airport
followed by transfer from
Airport to Hotel. proceed
for sight seeing tour of
Cochin visiting - 'The Jewish
Synagogue' at the heart
of what is locally called
the Jew Town, 'The St. Francis
Church', the oldest European
Church in India, 'The Santa
Cruz Basilica' originally
built in 1557 by the Portuguese,
The Dutch Palace, Spice
market at the narrow streets.

| Evening
at 17.30hrs visit to the
famous dance drama of Kerala,
the "Kathakali".
This dance can be characterized
by grotesque gesticulations,
amazing costumes and very
extensive make-up. The stories
are mostly taken from the
epics Mahabharatha and Ramayana.
Later return to hotel. (Overnight
at hotel in Cochin)

Day
- 02
|
|
| Munnar
:- After breakfast check
out from the hotel and drive
to Munnar - nature lover's
paradise. On arrival check-in
to the hotel and after lunch
at 02.00pm proceed for sight
seeing tour of Munnar -
visiting Rajamally (home
of an endangered species
of goat called Nilgiri Thar),
Anamudi (one of the tallest
peaks in south India), Mattupetty
Dam. |
| The
echo point - A Place with
natural echo Phenomenon
and Kundale Where have boating
facility in shikara type
of boats. Later return to
the hotel and evening at
leisure. (Overnight at hotel
in Munnar) |

Day
- 03
|
|
|
Periyar :- Check out
from hotel after breakfast
and drive to Periyar (also
known as Thekkady). The
name periyar comes after
the Dam made here by the
English in 1895. On arrival
check on to hotel and
in the after noon for
a guided plantation tour
to the nearby garden where
in various species of
spices and other aromatic
plants are cultivated.

After plantation tour
for the most popular boat
trip at the National Park
- the best way to observe
game in wild is by boat.
There are many animals
to see, including herds
of elephants, bison's
and packs of wild boars
that roam through the
woods and parade along
the shores of the lake
just before sunrise and
sunset. (Overnight at
hotel in Periyar)

- 04
|
|
| Alleppey
:- After breakfast at 08.00am
check out of the hotel and
drive to Alleppey - the
land of backwaters. Kumarakom
On arrival, at 12.00noon
you get onto a private House
boat that is waiting to
take you on a tour through
the backwaters Alleppey,
a splendid area full of
canals, lakes and coves.
Very interestingly you get
to see the whole life of
people in here takes place
here on the water. |
| The
people sail, fish, swim
and bathe here. They do
their washing and their
washing up. They are so
adapted to the water that,
you can see people talking
for an hour, while they
are up to their necks in
water. (Overnight onboard
Houseboat) |

Day
- 05
|
|
|
Kovalam :- Disembark
from Houseboat at 09.00am
and drive to "Kovalam
beach" which is rich
with palm trees. Kovalam
beach is one of the most
beautiful seaside resorts
in India. On arrival Kovalam
check in to hotel and
later for sightseeing
of Trivandrum in the afternoon.

Kovalam)

|
|
Trivandrum
:- Check out from hotel
according to flight timing
and the tour ends today
with a departure transfer
to Trivandrum Airport for
onward flight.
