After breakfast
check out from the hotel and drive
to Munnar - "Nature lovers
paradise" drive through the
picturesque countryside of Munnar,
a popular getaway retreat. Surrounded
by lush green tea estates, this
picturesque hill station boasts
of exotic flora and fauna. On arrival
check into your hotel. The Evening
is at leisure to absorb the beauty
of this hill station. Dinner at

Munnar sight seeing After Breakfast
visit Eravikulam park (The main inhabitant
of the Eravikulam park is Nilgiri
Tahr. Now the park has the largest
known population of Tahrs existing
in the world. The park also shelters
Atlas Moth, Elephants, Sambhars, Gaurs,
Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri Langur,
Tigers and Leopards). The sprawling
Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala
Lake are other attractions in the
vicinity. Visit the tea museum afterwards
followed by a tea plantation visit.
If possible we can do a tea tasting

transfer to Thekkady, one of the
best-known wild life Centers in
India and spread across the entire
district are picturesque with unending
Chains of hills and spice-scented
plantations. The Periyar wild life
sanctuary, the only one of such
kind in India where one can have
the experience of beholding wildlife
at close quarters in natural habitat
from the safety of a boat Boat ride
at lake Periyar-to see the wild
animals in its natural habitat.

Local visits - spice
plantations - Kerala history is closely
linked with its commerce, which in
turn was wholly dependent until recent
times on its spice trade. It is believed
that the spice trade dates back three
thousand years. Pepper still remains
the king of Kerala's spices, but the
state also has a very rich produce
in cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger,garlic,

to board Houseboat:. This journey
is considered to be one of the best
attractions. The houseboat is fully
furnished with single / double bedrooms,

Day 07 : Alleppey to Kumarakom |

After breakfast
disembark and drive to kumarakom with
a short tour of Alleppey. When nature
is all you need to recuperate, Kumarakom
is undoubtedly the most invigorating,
fascinating paradise in Kerala, God's
own country. The slender coconut palms
standing here, there and everywhere,
its never ending paddy fields, meandering
lagoons and backwaters, mangroves
nesting birds of a hundred varieties
can peacefully calm and invigorate
your mind with renewed inspiration
for your vocation and life. That is
the pristine beauty of Kumarakom.
Kumarakom the charming emerald peninsula
jutting into the ever-effervescent
Vembanad Lake takes you into the heart
of the scenic lake where you'll come
across plenty of traditional country
crafts, boats and canoes. The fresh
water of the lake runs into the mainland
making a labyrinth of lagoons, brooks,
canals and waterways. The backwater
houses a variety of species of both
fauna and flora. They are rich with
